What is an events Creator?: an events creator is someone who uses the skill of the spawn commands to spawn objects and/or npcs or anything else needed to make what is needed.

Any skill needed: Creativity.....
Gm skill?: know how to spawn, lol =)
age: Any age, but must be some what mature.
